
Anyway, the process was slow - about 48 hours - but the grapes and figs turned out great. (There were more, but we ate them)
Sami pronounced the grapes/raisins "magical". I didn't eat any of the tomatoes, but he said they were not very good. Maybe I should have added some salt/ pepper/ basil/ olive oil?

I think the tomatoes should be dried to add to soups and other dishes. They never taste very good by themselves in my experience.
